
Q: Am I required to be home when cleaning takes places?
A: You are not required to be at home while we clean. You can make arrangements to give us access to your home whether it is a key or a garage code.
Q: Does the customer supply the cleaning products?
A: No, with the exception of a vacuum. MUM will supply all the required cleaning products. We can use customer's cleaning products if requested but please make sure those products are all together and visible so we are not searching for items. We request the customer to provide a vacuum so we are not transferring allergens or pet dandruff between customers.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are! At this time we are only insured for residential cleaning services. We hope in the near future, we will offer commercial and office cleaning services!
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: We understand life can be unexpected, busy, money can be tight and kids get sick! If you need to cancel for any reason we ask for 24 hour notice. If a 24 hour notice is not given, we will charge a $20 cancellation fee.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? When is payment due?
A: We currently accept payment via cash, Venmo or PayPal. If paying in cash on day of service, please leave payment in an envelope clearly addressed to Moppin' Up Moms.
Q: Do you accept tips? Are tips required?
A: Tips are never required, completely voluntarily but always appreciated.
